Trouble logging on?
If you do not know your password and have not provided password secrets, you will need to contact the Help Desk (see the bottom of this page for contact information).

First lets test your account, click the link below and write down any error messages you get when trying to log on. Then read the corresponding section below for troubleshooting information.

Test Your Account

I was able to log on to the test utility

If you were able to log on, then we know that your Hawk ID works. The problem could be that the service you are trying to use may be experiencing an outage or your account may not have the necessary access rights. You can check the ITS Help Desk Web site for outage information. If the service you want to use is not listed as an outage, you should call the Help Desk for your domain (see the bottom of this page for contact info).

I was unable to log on to the test utility

If you got an "Invalid Login" error message, you may have entered the wrong Hawk ID and /or password or there is a problem with your account. If you have provided password hints, try the "Forgotten Your Password?" link below. If you have not provided password hints or the account still does not work, call the Help Desk for your domain (see the bottom of this page for contact information).

I could not log on and there was no error message

Sometimes spyware can interfere with logging on and make it so that when you try to log on, no error message is displayed and you are returned to a blank prompt. If this is the case, the ITS Help Desk has a webpage with tips and information on how to detect and remove spyware.

In some cases your browser might be so degraded that it cannot be easily repaired. To test if it is a browser related issue, you should try a different Web browser to see if you have the same problem. If you don't have a different Web browser installed on your computer, you can download a different browser like Mozilla Firefox and install it.

I still can't make it work!

At this point, you should contact the Help Desk for your domain, see the bottom of this page for contact information.
